Francesca Balestra

Francesca Balestra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product ownership and customer success. As the Chief Product Owner for Fatture in Cloud since January 2023, Francesca leads product strategies, while previously holding multiple roles within Fatture in Cloud from November 2015 to January 2023, including Head of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success & Dipendenti in Cloud Product Owner. Initial contributions to the company focused on customer service management and marketing strategies, playing a pivotal role in the brand's early advertising efforts. Prior to Fatture in Cloud, Francesca gained experience in event management, account management, project management, and procurement across various companies, including Professional by Fama, Jakala Marketing Solutions, Ammiro Partners, O.F.I. SpA, and Banca 24-7 UBI Banca. Francesca holds a degree in Scienze Economiche e della Gestione Aziendale with a focus on Commercio Estero from Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
