Sergio Napoli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in risk management and finance. Currently serving as CEO and General Manager at N21 since May 2025, and as Chief Executive Officer of TeamSystem since July 2021, Sergio also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Factor@Work s.r.l., a company of TeamSystem Group, which focuses on credit risk management and financing solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Mediterranean & Africa Regional Risk Underwriting Director at Coface SA, where oversight was provided for multiple underwriting centers across 82 countries, as well as previously holding roles in risk underwriting and corporate credit analysis.
