Constanze Backhaus

Constanze Backhaus currently serves as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at TeamViewer since July 2023. Prior to this role, Constanze held the position of HR Lead for EMEA & MENA at Trellix from February 2022 to July 2023, following similar roles at McAfee where responsibilities included leading HR across 19 countries and coaching senior executives. Previous experience encompasses positions such as HR Business Partner at UnternehmerTUM GmbH, Head of Human Resources at Volunteer Vision, and extensive roles in internal audit and transformation at Altavia, Société Générale, and Ernst & Young. Constanze is a holder of an MSc in Management from University College Dublin, a CEMS Master in International Management, and has completed systematic coaching training in 2018.
