Eileen Marks has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Eileen started their career as a Sales Engineer/Account Consultant at Intermedia Communications Inc from March 1998 to April 2002. Following that, Eileen worked as a Teacher at Wesley Early Learning Center from June 2003 to June 2008. Eileen then established their own business and served as the Owner/Event Director at Gulf Coast Cheer Classic from June 2007 to October 2011. Eileen transitioned into the corporate world and joined The Walt Disney Company, where they held various roles including Sales & Service Agent, Guest Service Specialist, Sales & Service Leader, and eCommerce Guest Care Specialist from June 2008 to July 2018. Currently, Eileen is working at TeamViewer, starting as a Customer Support Specialist from July 2018 to March 2020 and progressing to Senior Customer Support Specialist from March 2020 to April 2022. Eileen then gained experience as an Assistant Team Manager, Customer Support from April 2022 to October 2022. Currently, Eileen holds the position of Head of Customer Support APAC at TeamViewer starting from October 2022.

Eileen Marks attended Saint Leo University from 2012 to 2015, majoring in International Hospitality and Tourism Management and Marketing. Eileen also studied Business Administration and Management, General from 1992 to 1994 at St. Petersburg College.
