Ethan Douglas

Ethan Douglas is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Global Vice President of Customer Success at TeamViewer since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ethan held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Sourcepass from May 2023 to August 2025. Between August 2018 and April 2023, Ethan worked at Vonage, initially as Senior Director of Customer Success, where leadership of a global team of over 75 professionals led to significant improvements in customer satisfaction and the development of offshore strategies for enhanced scalability. Ethan also played a crucial role in establishing the Customer Success organization at Vonage, achieving a Net Revenue Retention increase from 88% to 102%.
