Kai Leppert has extensive experience in project management and software quality engineering, currently serving as Team Lead and Scrum Master at TeamViewer since September 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing Agile processes and team performance. Prior to this role, Kai contributed as a Senior Scrum Master and Scrum Master, starting with TeamViewer’s software quality engineering. Earlier experience includes a position as a Working Student in UX/UI and human machine interaction at Harman/Becker Automotive Systems from September 2011 to June 2012, as well as roles in marketing and as a Licensed Insurance Agent at W&W-Gruppe from March 2001 to October 2009. Kai holds a Bachelor's degree in Informationsdesign from Stuttgart Media University and is a certified Versicherungskaufmann from Württembergische Versicherung.
