Natascha Prochaska-Ernst

Natascha Prochaska-Ernst has extensive experience in community management and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Community & Social Media Moderator at TeamViewer since December 2017. Prior roles at TeamViewer include Community Moderator and Social Support Specialist, as well as Customer Support Specialist. Natascha's earlier experience includes an internship at Betex and a position as a Research Assistant at the University of Tübingen from October 2014 to August 2017.
