Richard Kilfeather

Richard Kilfeather has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Richard currently serves as the Head of People at Teamwork.com, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at LotusWorks as a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they held multiple positions at AbbVie, including Learning, Development & Organisational Capability Manager, Engineering Services Leader, Manufacturing Team Leader, and Operations Engineer from 2015 to 2021. Richard also worked at the Irish Defence Forces, where they served as a Learning Development and Evaluation Senior Manager and Army Officer from 1998 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at the Irish Defence Forces from 2011 to 2014. Richard has also gained international experience with the United Nations in roles such as Senior Operations Manager, Operations and Training Manager, and Supply Chain and Logistics Manager from 2005 to 2011. Richard started their career as an Engineer at Goodman Medical Ireland Ltd in 2004.

Richard Kilfeather completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Galway from 2001 to 2005. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Certificate in Lean Sigma Quality (Six Sigma Green Belt) (Level 7) at the Institute of Technology, Sligo. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, they obtained a Master's Degree in Energy Management at the same institution. Kilfeather then furthered their education in 2016, earning a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society of Quality. In 2020, they completed the Professional Practice Certificate in Training & Development at the Irish Institute of Training and Development. Kilfeather also holds additional certifications, including being a Chartered Member of CIPD, obtaining the Insights Discovery Accreditation, and acquiring the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Quality America, Inc.
