Katie Schilling

Katie Schilling is a Senior Product Success Manager at Teamworks since March 2024, previously holding multiple roles at Kent State University from January 2010 to February 2024, including Assistant Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Development and Alumni Engagement and Associate Director of Student-Athlete Development. In these positions, Katie implemented Life Skills programming, facilitated leadership institutes, and conducted personal development education sessions. Katie also served as Director of Compliance and Eligibility, overseeing sport program staff limitations and administering NCAA certification examinations. Earlier experience includes coaching volleyball at Hudson City School District and working as a sales associate. Katie holds an Ed.S in Higher Education Administration, a Master of Arts in Sports Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise, Leisure and Sport, all from Kent State University.
