Michael Compton has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Michael currently holds the position of Principal Customer Success Manager at Teamworks since January 2024. Their earlier career started at the Eastern Illinois Campus Recreation Center, where they worked as a Building Coordinator from August 2008 to April 2012.

Michael Compton received a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Eastern Illinois University in 2012. Michael then pursued a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from St. John's University, completing it in 2015.
