Frank Ogutu

Frank Ogutu currently serves as the Regional HR Business Partner for Southern & East Africa at Tearfund, a position held since December 2023, focusing on leadership and employee relations. Prior to this, Frank worked as the Manager of Human Resources for East and Southern Africa at Evidence Action from March to November 2023. Frank's experience includes serving as the Global People and Culture Officer at VisionFund International from July 2019 to March 2023, where project management and analytical skills were key responsibilities. Additionally, Frank held the role of Acting Regional People & Culture Manager for Africa during the same tenure. Earlier experience includes working as a People and Culture Officer at the World Vision East Africa Regional Office, where expertise in compensation and benefits management, HR information systems, and recruitment was applied. Frank holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Kabianga.
