Stephen Gabra has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resource Manager for Tearfund since April 2013. In this role, responsibilities include recruitment and selection of national staff, salary reviews, performance management, and the induction of both national and international staff, as well as revising HR policies in compliance with local laws. Previously, Stephen held the position of Senior Human Resources Officer at Medair from 2012 to 2013 and served as the Assistant Human Resource Manager at Tearfund from 2004 to 2012. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Business Administration from the University of Juba, earned between 1995 and 2001.
