Alessandra Pavoni Belli

Alessandra Pavoni Belli is an accomplished professional in the performing arts with extensive experience in orchestral and artistic management. Currently serving as the Assistant to the Casting Manager at Teatro alla Scala since May 2023, Alessandra previously assisted with the artistic and educational activities of the La Scala Academy Orchestra. With a background that includes roles at Teatro Verdi and Teatro alla Scala's artistic direction, Alessandra also held principal second violins and violinist positions with various orchestras, including Orchestra giovanile Luigi Cherubini and Filarmonica di Torino. Educated at MIP Politecnico di Milano and the Royal Academy of Music, Alessandra holds multiple degrees in performing arts management and violin, complemented by ongoing language studies at the International English Center Turin and Goethe Institute Turin.
