Julia Sánchez Abeal

Julia Sánchez Abeal currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía since June 2014 and is also a Board Member for the Academy for Impact through Music (AIM) and a Member of the Advisory Board at Teatro Real. From 2010 to 2014, Julia held the position of COO at Empieza Por Educar, contributing to the Teach For All network. Previous experiences include working as a Summer Associate at Acumen’s East Africa Office and as a Manager at KPMG España. Julia holds an MBA in finance and social entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School and is pursuing a Global CEO Program at IESE Business School, among other qualifications in digital business and women's leadership.
