Rafa Rosell Taboada

Rafa Rosell Taboada is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the People & Talent Lead at Tebi since October 2025. Prior to this role, Rafa held various positions at Dott, culminating in the role of Head of People Operations, and earlier worked as an HR Operations Specialist at TravelBird, where process improvements aimed to enhance HR efficiency. Rafa's career in HR began at Philips as an HR Advisor for the UK&I region, where responsibilities included case management for over 1,500 employees and Workday reporting support. Additional experience includes freelance web development, where website optimization strategies led to significant increases in retention rates and traffic. Rafa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Economics and Psychology from University College Roosevelt, along with additional coursework in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
