Rob Vonk

Rob Vonk's work experience spans over several decades, showcasing their expertise in software engineering, technology leadership, and co-founding a company.

Starting in 1987, Rob worked as a Programmer at the Freudenthal Institute for four years. Rob then moved on to SuperNova, where they held the role of Senior Software Engineer from February 1991 to December 1999.

Rob continued their career as a Senior Software Engineer at WRQ from January 2000 to September 2003. Following this, they joined Redwood Software, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer from October 2003 to November 2006.

In 2006, Rob transitioned to Bibit Global Payment Services, initially serving as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2006 to January 2008 before being promoted to Deputy Head of Application Production Support. Rob fulfilled this role from January 2008 to September 2008.

From October 2008 to March 2010, Rob worked as an Application Production Support Manager at RBS WorldPay.

In 2010, Rob joined Adyen, a prominent payment technology company. Rob started as a Senior Software Engineer in April 2010 and later progressed to become the SVP Scalability from September 2017 to January 2019. Finally, Rob assumed the role of EVP Technology from January 2019 to May 2021.

Most recently, Rob co-founded Tebi in May 2021 and holds the position of CTO/Co-founder.

Rob Vonk attended Willem de Zwijger College from 1981 to 1987. Following this, they enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1987 to 1991. No specific degree or field of study is provided for either educational institution.
