Shalini Dubey

Shalini Dubey is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Assistant Manager- HR at KOBELCO Construction Equipment India since August 2014 and at TEBMA SHIPYARDS LTD since January 2012. Shalini possesses extensive expertise in the entire recruitment cycle, offer management, joining formalities, employee file management, learning and development, soft skills training, and employee relations. Prior to these roles, Shalini worked as a Team Lead at Universal Hunt from July 2010 to December 2011, focusing on end-to-end recruitment, team management, and client relations. Shalini holds an MBA in HR & OD from EMPI B-School, New Delhi (2008-2010), and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Chemistry from Bundelkhand University (2004-2007).
