Alfonso Gonzalez Jr. started their work experience as a Finance employee at the City of Santa Fe Springs in 2008. Alfonso provided analytical and research support in budgeting and investments and assisted the Director of Finance with various projects. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless, where they provided wireless telecommunications services and solutions. At Kareo, they held multiple roles starting from 2012. Alfonso began as an Implementation Specialist, Partner Support, training clients on the Kareo platform through webinars and creating customized training plans. Alfonso then worked as a Customer Success Coach from 2013 to 2015 and as a Sales Engineer from 2015 to 2018, where they acted as a conduit between sales and technical teams and delivered technical product demonstrations. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Product Manager, contributing to the growth of the company, which offers cloud-based products to independent healthcare practices. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Product Manager at Tebra, starting in 2022.
Alfonso Gonzalez Jr. attended Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Microservices Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2022.
