Elizabeth Fobare

Elizabeth Fobare has extensive experience in product management and strategy consulting. From 2022 to the present, they serve as the Vice President of Product at Tebra. Prior to this, they held the same role at Kareo from 2019 to 2022. At Kareo, they also worked as a Senior Director of Product Management from 2021 to 2022 and as a Director of Product Management from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining Kareo, Elizabeth worked as the Vice President of Product at ESM Software from 2019 to 2019, where they held the position of Director from 2016 to 2018. In 2018 to 2019, they founded MINDWISE.

Earlier in their career, Elizabeth worked at athenahealth from 2013 to 2016 as a Product Innovation Manager, where they managed the development and strategic roadmap of the clinical ordering experience within the athenaClinicals product.

Elizabeth's career began at Palladium Group, Inc in 2009 as a Strategy Consultant. In this role, they supported clients worldwide in strategy execution using the ESM software application, with a focus on Latin American clients. Elizabeth also provided education, training, and developed Balanced Scorecards to manage and execute strategy.

Elizabeth Fobare obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bentley University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Alongside their undergraduate studies, they also obtained a certification as a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certified English Teacher from TEFL International Barcelona in September 2008.

In 2010, Elizabeth received the Balanced Scorecard Certified Practitioner™ certification from Palladium: Make It Possible. Elizabeth pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2014 to 2017.

After several years, they went back to school and completed their Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Simmons University, studying from 2016 to 2018. In September 2018, Elizabeth obtained their Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification from the ASWB (Association of Social Work Boards).
