Harry Chong

Harry Chong has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and project management. Harry currently works as a Software Engineer II at Tebra since July 2023, and previously held the position of Software Engineer I at the same company from June 2022 to July 2023. Prior to joining Tebra, Harry worked at PatientPop Inc. as a Software Engineer from August 2021 to July 2022. Harry also gained experience at Comcast, where they held roles as a Security Software Engineer from September 2019 to August 2021, and as a Security Software Engineer Co-op from April 2019 to September 2019. During their time at Comcast, Harry made significant contributions such as developing Python pipelines, RESTful APIs, and search applications to improve data retrieval time, designing and implementing a Python network perimeter scanner application, and developing a machine learning solution to expose vulnerabilities in the customer CAPTCHA system. Before Comcast, Harry worked as an Assistant Software Developer Co-op at Drexel University from July 2020 to December 2020, where they developed a full-stack Python application and created automated pipelines to improve neural network model performance. Lastly, Harry gained experience as a Project Manager Co-op and Quality Assurance Analyst Co-op at JobDiva. Harry led QA, design, and development teams in launching white label websites and mobile applications, managed defect management processes, and spearheaded projects to expedite launch timelines. Harry also developed and executed manual and automated test cases, planned and executed test strategies, and collaborated with various stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle.
