Lissette Campos

Lissette Campos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Lissette currently works at Tebra as a Senior Product Manager, a position they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Kareo as a Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for defining the product's vision, strategy, and tactics. Lissette also played a key role in aligning internal clients around the vision for the product and managing internal enablement requirements.

Before joining Kareo, Lissette worked at Gorilla Logic, starting in July 2019 as an Area Engineering Manager. In this role, they focused on consultant management and the professional development of the engineering teams responsible for client projects. Lissette also supported ongoing operations in Costa Rica, Colombia, and the U.S. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Scrum Product Owner at Gorilla Logic, where they trained and coached other Product Owners and collaborated closely with Senior Management and other leads to maintain the project backlog and roadmap.

Lissette also gained experience at GFT Group, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst from October 2016 to December 2017. In this role, they served as a Scrum Master for two development teams simultaneously and managed client relationships for Private Investment Institutions.

Before their time at GFT Group, Lissette worked at Fiserv from 2012 to 2016 as a Senior Business Analyst. Lissette was responsible for analyzing and defining new features and improvements for the Online Banking System and conducting defect functional analysis. Additionally, they served as a Senior Business Analyst for Credit Unions Solutions, where they were in charge of requirements elicitation and analysis.

Lissette's earlier work experience includes roles at Hewlett-Packard as a Problem Manager from 2011 to 2012, Desert Development Company as a Business Analyst from 2009 to 2011, Roche Pharmaceuticals as a Technical Project Leader/Business Analyst from 2008 to 2009, Hewlett-Packard as a Problem Manager from 2007 to 2008, and CAJA COSTARRICENSE DE SEGURO SOCIAL as a System Engineer from 2002 to 2007.

Overall, Lissette has held positions in product management, engineering management, business analysis, and problem management.

Lissette Campos completed their education in a chronological order. From 1998 to 2002, they attended the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering. Later, from 2005 to 2006, they attended the Universidad Central de Costa Rica, where they earned a Licensure in Information Systems with an emphasis in System Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Lissette Campos obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2018. Lissette also holds the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, but the institution and the year of obtaining it are not specified.
