Morgan Adams

Morgan Adams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2007, they started their career as a Customer Service Team Lead at Barracuda. They later transitioned to various sales roles within Barracuda, including Inside Channel Manager, Outside Channel Manager, and Sales Manager, where they achieved significant revenue growth and implemented effective sales strategies. In 2015, Morgan became the Senior Manager of Strategic Sales Initiatives at Barracuda, focusing on improving sales processes and efficiency. They then joined Backblaze Cloud Storage & Backup as the Director of Sales, where they built and led a successful SaaS sales team. In 2020, Morgan joined Better.com as a Sales Manager, managing a team of Home Advisors and helping borrowers secure a better financial future. Most recently, they held the position of Inside Sales Manager at Kareo and Tebra in 2022.

Morgan Adams obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from San Jose State University from 1997 to 2002. They later obtained additional certifications in areas such as sales growth opportunities, salesforce effectiveness, sales channel management, sales coaching, sales performance measurement and reporting, salesforce for sales managers, and sales management foundations from LinkedIn in July and August of 2018.
