Samantha Nguyen

Samantha Nguyen, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Samantha is currently working at Tebra as the Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding Operations and Services, leading multiple functional departments and driving operational excellence. Samantha'scontributions have played a significant role in helping the company achieve Unicorn status and surpass a valuation of $1 billion.

Prior to joining Tebra, Samantha held various positions at PatientPop, a Tebra company. Samantha started as an Implementation Manager and gradually progressed to become a Senior Implementation Manager and then a Team Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for onboarding customers onto the PatientPop software, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving performance accountability.

Before their experience at PatientPop, Samantha worked as a Medical Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Moy Fincher Chipps Facial Plastics and Dermatology, where they gained skills in healthcare administration and patient care. Samantha also worked at Santa Barbara Dermatology as a Medical Assistant, where they assisted with patient care and surgical procedures.

In addition, Samantha has research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher and Research Assistant at Ma Laboratory and Turner Laboratory. Samantha conducted experiments, trained lab assistants, and contributed to research projects in the fields of cilia targeting sequences and genetics.

Samantha began their career as the Office Manager and Lead Medical Assistant at Dr. Gerard F. Brewer Pediatrics Inc., where they gained experience in managing a medical office.
