Miguel Ángel Álvarez del Real has a diverse range of work experience. Miguel Ángel is currently the Head of Agro Division at Tebrio since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Kimitec as a Delegado técnico comercial zona Noroeste from January 2019 to August 2021, where they were responsible for developing and implementing customer action plans in Madrid, Castilla La Mancha, Castilla León, and Extremadura. Before that, they held roles at Cultifort, where they served as a Delegado técnico comercial zona centro y Andalucía from August 2017 to January 2019, providing technical and commercial advice on agricultural products. Miguel Ángel was also a Product Development Manager and Delegado técnico comercial in Madrid and Castilla-León. Prior to their time at Cultifort, Miguel Ángel Álvarez del Real co-founded Tómate la Huerta. Alimentos ecológicos in 2012. There, they managed client and supplier portfolios, marketing, advertising, and the certification of organic production. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Técnico de Medio Ambiente at ACCIONA S.A. and worked as a Dependiente at Fronda Centros de Jardinería.
Miguel Ángel Álvarez del Real obtained their degree as an Ingeniero Agrónomo from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they studied from 2003 to 2010. The field of study for their degree was not specified.
