Crystal Rogers, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives at TEC Equipment since October 2023 and has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker at eXp Realty since October 2018. Prior experience includes over a decade at RR Donnelley, where Crystal held various leadership roles such as Director of Business Development and Client Solutions Specialist, focusing on client expansion and digital print solutions. Additional experience includes managing operations at CDS Publications, overseeing a team, and enhancing efficiency in production processes. With a strong educational background, including an MBA and dual bachelor's degrees in Business and Math and Psychology from Southern Oregon University, Crystal possesses extensive expertise in business development, operations management, and strategic planning.
