Paul Secrest, CISSP, PMP, RCDD

Paul Secrest, CISSP, PMP, RCDD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paul began their career at the US Navy in 1998, where they served as the Chief Engineer at the National Naval Medical Center. There, they led a team in managing WAN, LAN, voice, video, and data networks for the President's Hospital and multiple medical clinics. Paul also played a key role in developing IT strategic plans, disaster recovery plans, and budgets.

In 2000, Paul joined World IT Solutions as the Chief Information Officer and later became the EVP of Business Operations. Paul was responsible for the daily operations of over 100 employees and contract staff. Paul also served as the Red Team lead for new business and recompete efforts.

In 2009, Paul joined TecMasters as the Chief Strategy Officer. Paul provided engineering, information systems technology, logistics support, multimedia, and management services. Similarly, they also served as a Moderator in the Information Assurance Risk Management Framework Group at Tec-Masters, Inc. from 2013 onwards.

Additionally, Paul has been involved with the Center for Technology Leadership since 2009 as an Advisory Board Member for Excelsior University. Paul has contributed to developing technology leaders through accessible and affordable education, networking, and advising.

Throughout their career, Paul Secrest has demonstrated their expertise in information technology, information assurance, project management, and strategic planning.

Paul Secrest, CISSP, PMP, RCDD, began their education at Regents University SOCNAV in 1984, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. Paul continued their education at Templeton University from 1990 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to this, they had completed their undergraduate studies in Radio Television Management at Northeast Louisiana University, which took place from 1977 to 1982. Paul also obtained a CISSP certification through a CISSP class, specializing in Computer Engineering. Additionally, they hold certifications in PMP from the Project Management Institute and RCDD from BICSI. The specific dates for the completion of these certifications are not provided.
