Rebecca Andrews, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Rebecca is currently employed as a Human Resources Generalist II at TEC - Telephone Electronics Corporation, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Merit Health River Oaks from October 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they served as a Retail Recruiter at NewRez LLC from December 2020 to October 2021. Rebecca also has extensive experience at Trustmark Bank, where they held multiple roles. From April 2015 to December 2020, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner II and Assistant Vice President. Additionally, they served as a Management Development Associate from June 2014 to April 2015.

Rebecca Andrews, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Southern Mississippi, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In February 2019, they also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
