Luis Rodriguez

Luis Rodriguez has extensive experience in business development and management, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at TEC360 CLOUD since May 2025. Previously, Rodriguez held the same title at EXCELIA from January 2024 to April 2025, and at Teleperformance for a brief period in 2023. Prior to these roles, Rodriguez worked at Softtek as a Business Relationship Manager and at GlobalData Plc as the Regional Business Development Manager for LATAM. Additional experience includes positions at Amdocs as Customer Success Lead and at Paramount International as Senior Strategy Manager for Mexico & Colombia. Rodriguez's early career at IDC featured multiple roles including Senior Consultant for Latin America and Research Operation Analyst. A background in business analysis was also established through freelance consulting work. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, obtained in 2011.
