Mark Mallia is an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in managing service delivery operations. Since June 2015, Mark has been with Tecala, where responsibilities include overseeing service quality and client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Service Delivery Manager at Ethan Group from April 2013 to June 2015.
