Dmitry Kisler is a seasoned software developer and engineering leader currently serving as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead at TecAlliance since March 2024. As the founder and consultant at dkisler.com since 2017, Dmitry specializes in engineering leadership, software and data science consultancy, and occasional teaching and blogging, with a focus on open source software contributions. Notable past roles include Engineering Manager at OLX Group, where Dmitry led a team to enhance the streaming platform, and contributions as a Software Engineer on the core team at OpenTofu.
