Clayton Cole

Clayton Cole has extensive experience in the field of service management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Service at Tecan since September 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing the Field Service Organization for the Midwestern US and Canada, coordinating resources for the installation, instruction, troubleshooting, and repairs of liquid handling automation equipment. Prior roles at Tecan include Senior Field Service Manager and Regional Service Manager, focusing on the management of Field Service Engineers and customer training. Earlier in his career, Clayton served as a Senior Research Biochemist at Pfizer from January 1988 to September 2003, contributing to the automation of drug transport model analyses and supporting the development of new drug candidates. Clayton holds a BS in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Michigan, earned in 1987.
