Csaba Fábián

Principal Software Engineer at Tecan

Csaba Fábián has extensive work experience in the field of software development. Csaba began their career at Siemens PSE as a Software Developer from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they joined EPAM Systems as a Lead Software Developer, where they played a key role in various outsourced projects. Csaba worked as an on-site contractor at Microsoft Development Center and Payment Works Mobile. In 2007, Csaba joined Microsoft as an SDE II, focusing on the development of the cost accounting module and improving client/server communication and database access performance. Csaba then worked at Milestone as a Senior Software Engineer, taking on responsibilities such as requirement analysis, customer contact, and architectural design. In 2014, they joined Tecan as a Software Consultant, where they became known for their analytical and problem-solving skills and played a central role in the software's refactoring. Csaba later joined Qnective AG in 2016 as a Windows Team Lead, responsible for the design and implementation of a Windows Desktop application. Finally, they returned to Tecan in 2018 as a Senior Software Consultant and later became a Principal Software Engineer.

Csaba Fábián obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University from 1996 to 2000. Csaba also holds additional certifications including MCSA - Web Applications from Microsoft in 2018, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2015, Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2012, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: .NET Framework 4, Windows Applications from Microsoft in 2011.
