Leah Benedict is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the field of laboratory automation and genomic solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Sales LSB for Tecan since November 2018, Leah manages a team of six Sales Engineers across multiple regions in the United States. Prior to this role, Leah was a Liquid Handling Sales Engineer at Tecan, responsible for advanced liquid handling solutions. Leah's previous experience includes roles as a Client Executive at LGC Genomics Division, where responsibility spanned multiple states and Canadian territories, and as an Instrument Sales Manager at QIAGEN. Additional experience encompasses sales positions at Molecular Devices and Rainin Instrument LLC, as well as an early career as an Analytical Chemist at Ait Labs Inc. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Michigan State University.
