Markus Wiedemann

Markus Wiedemann has an extensive background in sales and management roles in the life sciences industry. Markus started their career as an Account Manager at QIAGEN in 2001, where they worked until 2005. Markus then joined Invitrogen as a Key Account Manager, focusing on the pharma sector. In 2007, Wiedemann moved to PerkinElmer, Inc., where they held various positions including Account Manager and Teamleader for Switzerland, Sales Leader for DACH and Poland, Sales Manager for Reagents in Europe East, and Sales Manager for in-vitro products in DACH and PL. In 2014, they became the Sales Manager for DACH and PL Sales & Service. In 2015, Wiedemann joined Tecan as the Commercial Director for DACH, where they currently work.

Markus Wiedemann obtained a PhD in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Berne in Switzerland, completing their degree between 1994 and 2001.
