Tania Micki

Tania Micki is the current Chief Financial Officer at Tecan. Prior to their current position, Micki served as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Head Internal Audit at Sulzer from December 2010 to February 2020. From March 2009 to November 2010, they were the Seed Supply Finance Lead EMEA at Monsanto. And from June 2006 to February 2009, they were the VP Planning and Analysis at gategroup. Micki started their career at General Mills Australia in June 1996 as a Senior Manager of Business Strategy and Planning. Throughout their career, Micki has been responsible for financial activities, reporting, forecasting, business decision support, and M&A responsibility.

Tania Micki has a MBA from INSEAD in General Management. Tania also has a degree in Organizational Leadership from IMD. Tania's educational background is in Audit, Accounting and Finance from ESCP Business School.

They are on a team with Ingrid Pürgstaller - Chief People Officer, Andreas Wilhelm - EVP, General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Tecan Group Ltd., and Ulrich Kanter - EVP, Head of the Development & Operations division. Tania Micki reports to Achim Von Leoprechting, CEO.
