Jeferson Coelho

Jeferson Coelho is an accomplished researcher and manager specializing in computer graphics and animation production, currently serving as a Researcher at Tecgraf / PUC-Rio since July 2025. Prior to this, Jeferson spent five years at Wildlife Studios, where roles included Graphics Engineering Manager, Software Engineering Manager, and Staff Pipeline Engineer, focusing on the development and maintenance of animation pipelines. Jeferson's experience also encompasses a decade at Tecgraf / PUC-Rio, where positions ranged from Software Development Manager to Computer Graphics Consultant, leading projects in geomechanical simulation and computational geometry. Jeferson holds a Doctorate in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Graphics, as well as a Master's degree in the same field, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
