Michal Rusniok

Michal Rusniok has had various roles throughout their career. Their most recent experience includes working at Tech Alchemy Ltd as a Social Media Executive. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Jacynth Ivey.com where they oversaw digital marketing strategy and conducted market research and data analysis to identify target audiences. Michal also worked as a Telemarketing Executive at Circle Cloud Communications Ltd, where they maximised sales potential and completed daily cold calling and outreach. Michal has also worked as an SIA Licensed Head and Door Supervisor at C&J INNS LIMITED, where they ensured the safety of members, guests, and staff of the venue and directed the Door Supervisor team. In addition, they worked as a Peer Leader University Workforce at University of Southampton Business School, where they designed and facilitated weekly peer learning sessions.

Michal Rusniok completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma Program from Emirates International School in 2018, where they studied Higher Level Business Studies, Economics, and English and Standard Level Mathematics, Biology, and French B. Later, from 2018 to 2021, they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Southampton Business School. Michal also obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing and User Experience from LinkedIn in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
