Rodrigo Chanchan has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Rodrigo began their career as a CIT - Terriotrial Info Sales for Pepsi El Salvador (Mariposa) in 2001. In 2002, they moved to Banco Salvadoreño (HSBC) as a Quality Analyst, where they implemented Quality Politics to Process and Services politics. Rodrigo then worked as a Logistics Chief at Unicomer in 2004, Distribution Manager at A&A Repuestos in 2005, and Logistics Coordinator at Avery Dennison in 2006. In 2010, they were Distribution Manager - Export / Local at Ancalmo International Laboratories. In 2011, they were a Senior Analyst - Technical and Financial at the Economic Ministry of El Salvador. From 2012 to 2015, they were Operations & Accounting Manager at OneSource Building Technologies, where they managed 28 professionals and oversaw Recruiting, IT Support, Quality and Assurance, and Accounting. Rodrigo then moved to Tech Americas USA, Inc. in 2015, where they held the role of VP New Business Development. In this role, they drove the growth of the company's business model, executed sales strategies, developed and scaled up new business and customer bases, and sold strategic alliances on a corporate level.

Rodrigo Chanchan obtained their Industrial Engineer degree from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas' in 2003. Rodrigo then went on to pursue a Master of Financial from the same university, which they completed in 2006. After that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas' in 2009, with a focus on Financial Planning and Services.
