Toni García

Toni García has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Tech Barcelona since September 2021. Prior to this, Toni worked at Mobile World Capital Barcelona from 2016 to 2021, where they held positions such as Brand & Events Manager and Mobile World Centre Manager. Before that, they worked as an Event Project Manager at DiCom Events from 2014 to 2016. Toni also worked at RPM Events. Grupo Alesport from 2010 to 2014, where they served as an Ejecutivo de Cuentas Senior, leading event planning, budgeting, and team management. Earlier in their career, they had roles at Honda Automóviles España S.A. as Técnico de Comunicación from 2007 to 2009, as well as at Volkswagen Audi España, S.A. as an Assistant de Prensa in 2007. Toni's experience also includes working as a Redactor Multimedia at CCMA i CCRTVi and BTV in 2006 and 2005 respectively, and as a Redactor at Lavinia in early 2005. Toni started their career at Hotel Arts Barcelona - Catering Vilaplana as a Responsable equipo from 2000 to 2005.

Toni García earned a Master Internet Business (MIB) degree in Digital transformation & Internet business from ISDI from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Licenciado en Periodismo degree at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2004 to 2006. Toni also holds a Licenciado en Humanidades degree from the same university, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004.
