Shawna Elsasser

Shawna Elsasser has accumulated extensive experience in sales support and account management, currently serving as Inside Sales Support III at Tech Heads, Inc. since August 2022. Previous roles include Associate Account Executive at ISSQUARED, Inc. from May 2019 to August 2022 and at Network Computing Architects, Inc. (NCA) from March 2016 to May 2019. Shawna's career began at Comcast Spotlight as a National Account Coordinator and further developed at DAS Simplified in various roles including Sales Coordinator and Office Administrator/Project Assistant. Shawna completed a Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Phoenix in 2013, following earlier studies at San Jose State University from 2007 to 2010.
