Jacob Paul

Jacob Paul has extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, having served as Business Head for Healthcare and Life Sciences in Europe and the UK&I at Tech Mahindra from September 2008 to March 2025. In addition, Jacob held the position of Global Client Partner for a large pharmaceutical company. Prior to Tech Mahindra, Jacob worked at Mahindra Satyam as Practice Head for Governance, Risk, and Outsourcing Consulting Services, focusing on IT governance and risk management. Jacob's career began at Satyam Computers, where responsibilities included establishing Information Security Management Systems and implementing CobiT processes across multiple locations. Jacob's experience also includes managing quality systems at Alfa Laval (I) Ltd. Jacob Paul earned a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University between January 1984 and January 1989.
