Pramod Panda is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, holding significant leadership roles in reputable organizations. At Tech Mahindra, Pramod serves as Chief Learning Officer, while previously leading global initiatives as the Global Head of L&D at GlobalLogic. Other notable positions include Head of Talent & Business Operations at Soroco and Senior Vice President positions at Mindtree and Infosys, where responsibilities encompassed education, training, assessment, and organizational development. Pramod holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering & Technology, Bhubaneswar, and a high school degree in Physics from BJB College, Bhubaneswar.
