Rian Gupta is currently an Assistant Legal Counsel at Tech Mahindra Ltd., where they navigate the intersection of law, business, and emerging technologies to enable innovation while mitigating risk. Rian previously held various legal intern positions at companies including Reckitt, PepsiCo, and Trilegal, focusing on diverse aspects of technology and commercial law. As a founder and convener of both the Centre for Law, Technology and Innovation and the Centre for Intellectual Property Law at Bennett University, Rian has contributed significantly to advancing legal education and practice.
