Sanjay Arora

Sanjay Arora currently serves as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Sales Acceleration Tech at Tech Mahindra since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Infosys BPM as Senior Vice President & Business Head for Hitech, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Logistics, and as Business Head & Vice President. Sanjay held the position of EVP & COO at Arvato North America, focusing on growing the BPO business. Additionally, Sanjay was the Founder & CEO of Arodel Inc, providing advisory services in shared services and outsourcing. At Accenture, Sanjay worked as Managing Director, leading operations and business development for the Northern California CMT BPO. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and another from Harvard Business School.
