Shelly Das

Shelly Das is an accomplished HR professional with over a decade of experience in managing human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Manager HR and RMG & Centre Head for Kolkata at Tech Mahindra since June 2012, Shelly oversees a workforce of over 3,000 employees and manages the Kolkata site operations. Previous roles at Tech Mahindra include Senior Manager HR and Recruitment, where Shelly led HR functions and engagement initiatives, and Manager HR and Recruitment, overseeing the Kolkata Centre. Earlier experience includes a managerial position in Employee Engagement & Retention at Firstsource Solutions Ltd and an Assistant Manager role at IBM Daksh Business Process Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications comprise a PGDPMIR in Human Resources Management from Bhavan Institute of Management Science, a Bachelor in Arts from Calcutta University, and a Class XII degree in Bio Science from K.V.
