Emily Prokop Mem

Emily Prokop, MEM, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and enterprise transformation within the defense sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Business Analyst at Tech-Marine Business, Inc. since April 2020, Emily provides expertise to the Navy ERP sustainment at NAVSEA PEO Integrated Warfare Systems, managing a significant planning requirements budget exceeding $6 billion. Previous roles include Acquisition Analyst at CACI International Inc., where financial strategy for the Navy's ERP initiative was managed, and various positions at Booz Allen Hamilton that encompassed business process consulting and project management for critical defense programs. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
