Norman Boster

Norman Boster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and business development within the defense and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as FMMSO and PMS-326 Liaison with the EN at Tech-Marine Business, Inc. since September 2016, Boster has also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Liberty Engineering & Marine Services, LLC, which focuses on a solar-electric power plant initiative in the MENA region. Previous roles include Business Owner at USANA Health Sciences, Shipboard Integration Officer for the Egyptian Air Force at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Program Manager at Public Warehousing Company in Kuwait, where Boster managed a humanitarian relief fuel supply program. Additional experience includes program management at Lockheed Martin for Japanese maritime missile programs and extensive work as Naval Ship Systems Program Manager for the United States Navy, overseeing significant Foreign Military Sales. Boster holds an MBA in Business Management from National University and attended the United States Naval Academy.
