Susan Labandibar

Susan Labandibar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and community organizing. As Co-Leader at Swing Blue Alliance since June 2018, Labandibar has been instrumental in promoting progressive goals. Currently serving as President of Tech Networks of Boston, a firm dedicated to meeting the technology needs of the Greater Boston nonprofit sector, Labandibar has contributed to fostering excellence for both clients and employees since 1994. Additionally, a brief tenure as Field Organizer for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party in late 2022 focused on grassroots mobilization efforts. Labandibar's background includes a pivotal role as Regional Organizing Coordinator for Swing Left from June 2018 to December 2020, where support was provided to volunteer groups aiming to elect Democratic candidates to federal office. Educational achievements include a Leadership, Organizing and Action certificate from Harvard Kennedy School in 2018 and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Harvard University obtained in 1993.
