Eeva Haaramo

Eeva Haaramo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fields of technology, media, and communications. Eeva is currently the Head of Tech Nordic Advocates Finland at Tech Nordic Advocates since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Comms and Media Lead at the Helsinki office of the same company from November 2021 to March 2023.

Eeva also had a freelance career as a writer, covering technology, IT, startups, entrepreneurship, and wellness for publications such as ZDNet UK, Computer Weekly, Good News from Finland, and The Nordic Web. Eeva started their freelance work in January 2014 and continues to do so.

Previously, Eeva worked as a Linguist at Apple from January 2019 to November 2021. Eeva was responsible for web communications and development projects as the Web Communications Manager at Finnfacts/ TAT from an unspecified date in 2011 to January 2014. Additionally, they gained experience in media relations, tour organization, and liaising with Finnish companies and organizations during their time with Finnfacts/ TAT.

Earlier in their career, Eeva was the Editor of Good News from Finland from April 2009 to January 2014. Eeva played a crucial role in developing the site into a daily news platform with a global audience in multiple languages. Before that, they served as a Communications Officer at Finnfacts/ TAT Group, focusing on web activities, media relations, and social media integration.

Eeva Haaramo's work experience started as a Marketing Assistant at Länsiväylä/ Suomen Lehtiyhtymä from April 2005 to November 2006.

Eeva Haaramo completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Marketing from Helia in 2006. Eeva pursued further studies at the University of Helsinki, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Economics from the Department of Economics and Management in 2013. Eeva continued their education at the University of Helsinki and earned a Master's Degree in Consumer Economics from the same department in 2014. In 2012, they attended the London School of Business and Finance and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Business, Management, and Marketing.
