Chamila Prasanna has over 18 years of work experience. Chamila started their career at DNK enterprises in 2002 as a Store Clerk and worked there until January 2003. From April 2003 to March 2005, they served as a Scanner Operator and Data Entry Operator at Sanje. Chamila then worked as a Team Leader at Sanje from April 2005 to May 2007. Chamila was promoted to Assistance Manager, Operations at Sanje from June 2007 to August 2010. Subsequently, they became the Manager of Operations at Sanje from September 2010 to June 2015. In July 2015, Chamila joined Tech One Global Ltd as the Head of BPO Operations, where they are currently employed.

Chamila Prasanna has a diverse education history. In 1993, they attended Ananda College but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 1988 to 1992, they attended Somaweera chandrasiri vidyalaya during their early years of schooling.

In 2014, Chamila Prasanna enrolled in the National Institute of Business Management and obtained a Higher Diploma in Business Management. This qualification is ongoing as no end year is provided.

In 2015, they attended Mahatma Gandhi University, where they pursued a Masters in Business Administration. This program lasted until 2016.

Additionally, Chamila Prasanna has acquired several certifications. In 2008, they obtained the Ascent Capture 7.0 Professional Developer Certification from Kofax. Chamila also holds the CompTIA CDIA certification from CompTIA, which they obtained in December 2015. Most recently, in November 2021, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate 66 \100 C1 Advance from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
